I started my fitness addiction in the gym… many, many years ago! And now, I have a home gym! For the rest I work out either on the mat or in the pool. You see, I like diversity when it comes to fitness. The “plateau” can be busted through time and time again with diversity in a workout routine.

And that’s why if you don’t know where to start, I’d like to introduce you to Beachbody On Demand.

So you want to workout; where do you start?

If you’ve never been to a gym (in fact, it scares you!), you can’t swim (or you don’t want to be seen in your bathing suit) or a yoga mat doesn’t interest you… say hello to Beachbody On Demand! ALL the workouts, for whatever you want to try!

Think of it like the Netflix of fitness.

Diversity! You can choose from the menu of workouts, whenever you want.

You get to start with a 14 day FREE trial, simply pick your workout! Try them all, and if you like it, order up!

What kind of workout can you expect?

ALL the good stuff! Whatever your workout taste may be. From country line dancing or high intensity cardio. It’s all there, whatever workout you desire!

The best part, you get to experience it all from the comfort of your own home.

Some of the most popular workouts include T25, PiYo and P90X. But seriously, if you love to dance, there’s a program for that! If you love to lift (or think you do) there’s a program for that.

Beachbody On Demand really does have it all.

Do you need equipment?

Some of them do, but Beachbody does sell all the corresponding equipment as well. Or, hit up Amazon for a set of dumbbells.

I would suggest to try the workouts before investing in equipment to know what equipment you really need. The workout you love may not need any equipment at all!

My Beachbody obsession started with the T25 program. It’s all about getting in a great workout in 25 minutes. The trainers guide you through the whole 25 minutes and have different ability levels to follow along with. Who doesn’t have 25 mins to workout?!?!?

When I got started, I ordered the T25 DVD set from an infomercial on the TV. When it arrived, it made its way into the DVD player, hit play and got the greatest workout.

Now though, I prefer the monthly subscription through On Demand. Yes, I have a home gym go swimming and do yoga. But, all of that still can be monotonous. For that reason, crushing a Beachbody workout is still a go-to!

So, whatever your ability and if you don’t know where to start, start HERE!
