Baukje brings a grounded, real-life approach to yoga and stress management, shaped by her Dutch roots and the steady calm of the Canadian prairies. Based in Barrhead, Alberta, she works with busy, modern humans who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, and ready for a different way to care for themselves.
Her work is centered on one core belief: calm is a skill — and it can be learned.
Through her YouTube and Instagram platforms, Baukje shares accessible yoga practices, stress-relief tools, and short, practical resets designed to fit into real schedules (not perfect ones). Her online courses, free classes, and downloadable resources help people regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with their bodies, and build sustainable habits for everyday life.
