There’s a TON of smartwatches out there, what’s your fav brand? Mine, Garmin. I love all of them, but the Garmin smartwatch makes sense at the moment for me.
Currently, I am sporting the Garmin Vivofit 4. I chose this model because it is BATTERY operated, it is waterproof (not water resistant) and it is small. I have small wrists so anything big & clunky won’t do. PLus, I’d forget to plug in a charge the darn thing.
Bonus part? It only costs a hundred bucks, the battery lasts anywhere from 6 months to a year. They say a year, but because I expose mine to water and push the timer button many, many times in a week, I go through a battery about every 6 months.
It’s super easy to use and syncs with the phone. Plus it comes with a fit community you can challenge yourself to keep up with! Real people with real goals.
The functions are simple, timer, step counter and stop watch. If you want to go beyond that, the big clunky versions of Garmin smartwatches will be better suited for you!

Check out what is says on the face of the watch!!! Need I say more… coffee, that is all. Ok, ok, that is not all. this watch has some tricks up its sleeve. It has a sleek “watch” look, I like it! Plus, it has a heart rate monitor, wellness tools like stress tracking! It counts steps, calories and more. This one would be a great upgrade from my Vivofit 4 for sure.

The Garmin 010-01746-00 Forerunner 935 Running GPS Unit will tell you if you are under-training or over-training and has more functions geared towards heavy duty training such as triathlon training. This watch also has a GPS function, compass, barometer and all the bling!
Like I said, there’s a ton to choose from! Each one serving a purpose of keeping fitness fun all while achieving our workout goals!
