Day 1: Understanding Stress & Your Nervous System
Let’s dive into stress in relation to our nervous system.

Day 2: Breathwork Basics for Stress Relief
Today, we are going to let in some air! In this chapter, we’ll explore three simple but effective techniques.

Day 3: Yoga Practices for Morning, Evening and a little extra
Your goal for Day 3 is to use movement (Asana) to discharge the trapped Sympathetic Nervous System (SNS) energy and complete the stress cycle, shifting the body toward Sattva (balance).

Day 4: Creating Your Stress Reset Toolkit
Day 4 empowers you to move your practice off the mat by teaching you to build a personalized 60-Second Stress Interrupter Plan and integrate micro-mindfulness habits into your workday.

Day 5: Integration & Reflection
Now, the work shifts from doing the practices to being resilient.
