Spring is here!! And with it, a new found energy.
Coming up in April, there will be Thursday evening in-person yoga classes available!! This will be a series of 4 classes with limited space of 10 people. Why only 10? I like to hold smaller classes so there’s time to help where and when needed and it’s not as intimidating. Space is held in these classes for those new to yoga and also for those who want to step it up a notch.
